How can working in a not-for-profit community benefit you?

A not-for-profit community such as PPH is mission-driven rather than profit-driven. As a result, surplus revenue is reinvested into the organization to improve the quality of services and increase staff-to-resident ratios. We have team members who have worked at our community for five, 10, 20, 30, even 40 years. We proudly celebrate their service, and that long-term tenure speaks to how much we value their contribution to our community. In fact, it is not uncommon for team members to retire and join our community as residents once they are ready.

Who leads the community?

Our community leaders are readily available and open to input. Because PPH is a single-site community, all of our management is present on campus every day and has an open-door policy for residents and team members alike. Your voice and opinions are valued for their contribution.
