Guided by a legacy of over 135 years of service, our leadership team brings deep experience in senior living and a shared dedication to enhancing the lives of those who call PPH home.

PPH is proudly managed by EverTrue (EverTrueLiving.org), a nationally respected nonprofit organization known for its excellence in senior care and its mission-driven approach. This partnership ensures that PPH benefits from EverTrue’s broad expertise, operational strength, and forward-thinking vision — while preserving the heart and heritage that make PPH unique.

Kelli Mills
Kelli Mills Vice President of Managed Communities, EverTrue

Kelli Mills leads PPH with warmth, wisdom, and a resident-centered philosophy. With decades of experience in senior living across Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Kelli brings a powerful blend of operational insight and heartfelt leadership. She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, along with a Nursing Home Administrator license.

Kelli began her journey with PPH as Interim Executive Director and now serves as EverTrue’s Vice President of Managed Communities, continuing to guide PPH’s strategic direction. Her leadership is marked by transparency, collaboration, and a deep commitment to hospitality and resident-centered care. Whether she’s hosting “Coffee with Kelli and Team” or walking the halls of PPH, she’s known for her accessibility and genuine connection with residents and team members alike.

Board of Directors.

PPH’s Board of Directors also plays an essential role, offering strategic guidance and ensuring that the organization remains true to its mission while embracing innovation and growth.

PPH officers.

Eric serves as the Chair of the PPH Board of Directors. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holds the Advanced Safety Certificate (ASP), and holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters designation (CPCU). He manages self-insured programs and performs as a risk management consultant in the health care industry.

Timothy Hinchcliff serves as Co-Vice Chair of the PPH Board of Directors and is a member of the leadership team at VMSC Emergency Medical Services (VMSCEMS), the successor organization to Burholme Emergency Medical Services, where he previously served as Managing Director.

Mr. Hinchcliff remains deeply engaged in community service. He is a trustee and active member of Lawndale Baptist Church and currently serves as Chair of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) at PPH. Additionally, he volunteers with the Cheltenham Township Emergency Management Team and is a longtime member of the Cheltenham Township Board of Historical Architecture.

A lifelong resident of the area, Mr. Hinchcliff was born and raised in Lawndale and now resides in nearby Cheltenham Township with his wife, Elizabeth (Lisa) Dalton-Hinchcliff.

Anthony J. Luongo serves as Co-Vice Chair of the PPH Board of Directors. Mr. Luongo is currently employed by Temple University and serves as Director of Criminal Justice Training Programs (College of Liberal Arts). During his 21-year tenure at Temple University, Mr. Luongo has managed the development of curricula and the delivery of professional training programs for police personnel, sheriffs and deputy sheriffs, constables, park rangers, school resource officers, and legislative security staff among other occupational groups. Mr. Luongo has an extensive record of managing sponsored projects and external awards, and he has taught undergraduate courses for the Department of Criminal Justice and University College. His research interests include ethics and core values in criminal justice, geographic perspectives on crime, program design and evaluation, and visitor and resource protection on America’s public lands. Mr. Luongo earned a BA in Criminal Justice from Temple University and an MA in Criminal Justice from the same institution. He lives in Bucks County, PA with his family and enjoys attending college sporting events, cooking, gardening, and visiting natural and cultural places of interest.

Ian is a Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years of public and private accounting experience, as well as governmental and non-profit auditing experience. In addition to managing his Accounting practice in Huntingdon Valley, PA, Ian also serves as a contract member of the management team of a NY based non-profit, is on the consistory board at his church as its Treasurer and is Chair of the Fiscal Oversight Committee at PPH.

Bill Gross is a Burholme, Northeast Philadelphia native who has lived within one mile of PPH his entire life. He also splits his time with work in Spokane, WA. A fourth-generation member of his family to serve the Community in some capacity, Bill literally grew up at PPH. He became involved when resident tutors visited his classroom at Crossan School in 3rd grade, and hasn’t stopped since in some way. Bill’s childhood church (now closed since 2023) was Bethany United Church of Christ in Lawndale, founded at PPH in 1907, which is how his family first became involved with PPH. Bill is proud to still be active with PPH and serving on the Board.

Cassandra is the agency owner of ComForCare Homecare. She holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Administration, Public Administration from Park University. Cassandra is a dedicated healthcare professional with three decades of progressively responsible experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and the Home Care Association of America.

Bill is a seasoned executive with a track record of success in provider, development, and consulting settings. Bill was PPH’s Vice President of Operations from 1980-1995 and played a vital role in development of three PPH buildings.

Bill has multiple achievements in executive, operational and development roles in senior living organizations. He has partnered with nonprofits, achieving a common goal of completing construction and developing space that provides affordable housing and support.

He received the first Innovative Design Award from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

Ron Davis serves as the Director of Diversity and Community Development for Parx Casino. He holds a bachelors in education and a masters in educational/instructional media design from Virginia State University. In addition to serving on the PPH Board of Directors, Ron serves on the National Football League Former Players Board of Directors and the American Red Cross Eastern Pennsylvania Board of Directors.

Dr. Kristopher Halsey has worked in the healthcare industry for more than two decades. He has an extensive background working as a clinical chaplain, providing spiritual and psychosocial support to patients and their families at the end of life. He serves as a Police Chaplain for the Philadelphia Police Department 2nd District. He is an active faculty/staff member for The End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC), a national specialized educational initiative to improve palliative care. In 2007, he founded a local community church in Philadelphia in which he currently serves as the Senior Pastor.

Howard is the Vice-President and co-owner of Home Care Options based out of Philadelphia, PA. He serves as the head of marketing and networking, focused on building strong partnerships with healthcare providers, clients, and other industry professionals. Previously, Howard was the President, owner and operator of K’s Big and Tall Only in Montgomeryville and Allentown, PA. A member of the PPH Marketing and Development Committee, Howard is an active committee and board member.

Russ Koerwer is the retired President and CEO of Chelten Hills Savings Bank, now Penn Community Bank. He is a member of Pennsylvania Community Bankers Hall of Fame, and a former Associate Broker with Quinn and Wilson Realtors. Russ rechartered the Kiwanis Club of Coastal Delaware and currently serves as President, is on the Muhlenberg College Class Leadership team, and is also a member of the PPH Board.

Rich is a seasoned architect with over three decades of experience. He is the Principal leading Spiezle Architectural Group’s Springfield, PA office and brings his expertise in the field of senior living design. Licensed in seven states and nationally recognized for design leadership, he directs the firm’s senior living practice, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across the country.

His work is guided by a strong belief in the transformative power of architecture—prioritizing environments that enhance well-being, foster community, and support the evolving needs of older adults. A thought leader in sustainable and human-centered design, his approach is grounded in rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to long-term client value.

His contributions to the senior living sector reflect both practical experience and a forward-thinking perspective, making him a strategic asset to the PPH organization and a trusted voice in shaping the future of aging environments.
