On Tuesday, we held a Passover Seder for approximately 50 guests. A mix of residents and family members enjoyed a traditional Seder meal including Matzah Ball Soup, and Gefilte fish. The Seder ceremony was well done by Rabbi Tsurah August and her husband Yosaif who played the guitar while she led the crowd in traditional songs. Guests raved about the food, prepared by our very own dining team. Passover officially begins at sunset on Friday, April 22, 2016.
