Charitable giving in memory or in honor of a loved one is an important tradition for many people. Sons and daughters, best friends, grandchildren, children, and neighbors of their loved ones who have passed away find comfort in making a gift in the memory. Others make gifts to commemorate a special occasion, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones. These gifts not only serve as meaningful tributes to loved ones, but they also provide important support that enables PPh to fulfill its mission through its vast array of programs and services.
The Remembrance Garden
Many family members and friends purchase bricks which line the pathways in “The Garden… a place for meditation, healing and remembrance.” For a gift of $100, individuals, businesses, and organizations may have their names or the names of their loved ones permanently inscribed on the paving bricks used to create pathways which meander through this beautiful and serene garden.
